Coffee from the Greyhound
Pouse is Mia Venter’s coffee stall on wheels in Stellenbosch. The coffee comes out of the Greyhound: a grey Land Rover Defender 90 from the 1990s.
On Sundays we’re at Doxa. Other days we drive to weddings, markets and offices. We make espresso coffee in one size, 250 ml, and every cup costs R37.
Life is too short for bad coffee.
